"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive, always writing back quickly. The house is beautiful, the balconies and view of the Smokies were really lovely, the beds and linens were comfortable, plenty of room for everyone. The indoor pool is fun and was clean and warm and the hot tub was also clean and nice. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses, silverware etc. There is also a separate ice maker which is nice for hot days. The movie theater is super cool. Some of the TVs didn't work but the host fixed it on day 4. The waterpark is really amazing with so much to do! We had a night where we had to call the police after midnight due to the unbelievably loud music of the house across the grass (the host told us to call the police). The police put a stop to it but I could imagine that during peak season the noise level might be a real issue, and there is no security onsite to handle these kind of things. A car is a must."

"What an amazing place! There’s so much to do that. We never even had to leave the property. The house is full of fun things and the amenities are outstanding. We enjoyed the mini golf and lazy river and the movies on the big screen at night. We will definitely be back."
