2. Booking & Reservations

All reservations made through Nirvana Luxe are subject to:

  • Availability of the property

  • Confirmation via email or booking platform

  • Payment terms outlined at the time of booking

A booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Taxes, service fees, or cleaning fees may apply.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party platforms. Nirvana Luxe does not store full credit or debit card information.

4. Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to reservations made directly through the Nirvana Luxe website:

  • Within 24 hours after booking: Guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid. This 24-hour grace period does not apply to reservations made fewer than seven days before check-in.
  • 14 or more days before check-in: Guests will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • 7 to 13 days before check-in: Guests will receive a refund equal to 50% of the nightly rate, fees, and applicable taxes paid.
  • Fewer than 7 days before check-in: The reservation is non-refundable.

Cancellation deadlines are calculated using the property’s local time. A cancellation becomes effective when Nirvana Luxe receives the request in writing at support@vkr-ventures.com.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s bank or payment provider.

Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another third-party platform are governed by the cancellation policy displayed on that platform at the time of booking. Property-specific or promotional rates may have different terms when clearly disclosed before payment.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all house rules provided before or during the stay

  • Respect neighbors and community guidelines

  • Avoid illegal activity on the property

  • Leave the property in reasonable condition

Nirvana Luxe reserves the right to charge for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

6. Property Rules

Additional property-specific rules (occupancy limits, pet policies, noise restrictions, check-in/out times, etc.) will be provided prior to arrival.

Violation of house rules may result in:

  • Immediate termination of stay

  • Forfeiture of payment

  • Additional penalties where applicable

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Layout and design

is the property of Nirvana Luxe and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms (such as booking or payment providers).

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirvana Luxe shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Events beyond our control (including weather, natural disasters, or force majeure events)

Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings during their stay.
